Three directions, two systems

The model shows how support for individuals translates into evidence, institutional tools and policy decisions — not just activities.

Direction 1

Legal protection and family safety

Legal hub, legal preparedness, lawyers, notaries, strategic cases.

Direction 2

Institutional non-discrimination

Local councils, universities, response protocols, readiness index, training products.

Direction 3

Community resilience

Psychosocial referral, digital safety, partner service map.

System 1

Evidence and monitoring

Research, hate speech risk monitoring, analytical reviews.

System 2

Communication and safety

International advocacy, data protection, ethical work with human stories.

Sustainability

Partnership delivery

Bureau holds quality, standards and M&E; specialist services are scaled with partners.
